How does check-in work?
Check-in is contactless — you let yourself in with a PIN code, no waiting at a reception. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, check-out until 11:00.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
It depends on availability on the day of your arrival or departure. Please write to us in advance and we will be happy to accommodate you if possible.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes. We have a luggage room in the building with PIN-code access — you can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
How many guests can stay?
The small double room, the studio and the Standard, Deluxe and Superior apartments are for 2 guests. All family rooms (Standard, Deluxe, Superior) take up to 4 guests.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not, we do not accept pets.
Do you have a baby cot or high chair?
Unfortunately not, we do not offer a baby cot or a high chair.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, and there are no balconies. You can smoke outside in the inner courtyard.

How do I get to you?
Metro B Křižíkova is about a 5-minute walk, the Karlínské náměstí tram stop about 4 minutes. We are happy to arrange a private airport transfer (900 CZK / 37 EUR per way).
